Returns Policy
We have a no returns policy, however, we do offer exchanges and store credit, depending on the situation, we may offer a refund.
All products come with a 30-day warranty. If you received the wrong item/s, please get in touch with us via email. We will arrange to deliver the correct item/s or negotiate a deal for both parties to enjoy.
For defective or faulty products, please take photos or videos and email us, we will replace your purchase after confirmation free of charge.
PLEASE NOTE: This policy does not cover misuse, accidental damage, water damage, or any abuse of the purchased product.
REFUNDS
Our replacement policy lasts 7 days from the date your item/s was received. When returned, item/s must be in the same condition as it left the warehouse. If an item/s was received damaged, IMMEDIATELY contact us to arrange the start of an evaluation process and solve the problem, and include image and video evidence.
After 30 days have passed, it will depend on certain circumstances to be eligible for a refund/replacement on discounted fees.
If you have Buyer's remorse or have decided that you do not want the product due to shipping times/improper use, we will be UNABLE to accept any returns or refunds.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, it may not have appeared on your credit card statement due to the billing cycle. All refunds are processed within 72 hours of receiving returned merchandise depending on your bank, there is often a processing time before a refund is posted.
If you still have not received your refund in 2-3 weeks, please contact us at our support email.
NOTE: Do NOT call your credit card company for a chargeback as this will result in delays and additional paperwork on your behalf.
We honor all requests for damaged goods and incorrect item/s, however note, for hygienic reasons, EARRINGS will NOT be able to be refunded.
Any item/s that was marked down in a sale is also non-refundable.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel your order once it has been processed and shipped. Once the item/s has been shipped, we have no control as we use external postal and shipping services to deliver your item/s. So, it becomes logistically impossible to manage, and if worse comes to worst, there may be fees included in returning the order.
If your order has YET to ship and we are able to stop it, we will be ABLE to cancel your order.
